Since 1957, the Michigan Association for Children with Emotional Disorders has helped families statewide dealing with the difficulties they face when there is a child in the family with an emotional disorder. One of the most critical issues in society today is the shameful shift of children suffering from emotional disorders from the mental health system to the juvenile justice system. MACED staff is currently representing scores of children faced with charges in the juvenile justice system. We strive to prevent their commitment to correctional facilities and to obtain the health care they deserve.

Help us support our juvenile justice project and celebrate with us at our Rockin’ for Justice Concert.

Our Members Really Rock!

To show our appreciation to our new and renewing members, the Michigan Association for Children with Emotional Disorders is presenting a special members-only concert at the Hockeytown Cafe’ City Theatre (formerly the home of Second City Detroit). The concert features three Detroit-area bands performing in this exclusive engagement.

We have also planned a VIP reception for our Sustaining Members and Rockin’ Sponsors prior to the show that includes a buffet dinner, including beer and wine, in the Celebration Room at the Hockeytown Cafe’. The VIP Reception will include a meet & greet oppurtunity with many of the performers.

Sustaining Members and Rockin’ Sponsors also receive special VIP seating during the concert!

Seating is limited to the first 450 Rockin’ Members!
